How long does it typically take to sell all of the ad spaces on a placemat?
It depends. Rarely will you sell just a single sized ad. Most of the time the advertiser will opt for a larger ad. The reason they do it is very simple. They understand they are competing with the other advertisers and they want their ad to stand out. This is great for you because it makes you MOREmoney! Since their are only 16 ad spots on a placemat, even if you were to sell all single sized ads, you only have 16 spots to sell. However, since most advertisers will buy a double sized ad (which takes up two ad spots at a time) you really usually only have just 8 spots to sell. How long could it possibly take?

Is it possible to sell all of the ad spaces in a single day?
Absolutely YES! However, I have no idea whether you will or not. You may sell all of the spots in the same day or over a two to three day period. The speed at which you sell the ad spots can vary based on the criteria I give you in the course. I show you how to maximize your time and work smarter to make the whole process go as quick as possible.

What kinds of businesses tend to opt for advertising on placemats?
In the course I give you a list of my 50 favorites! I also explain why these types of businesses are your best bet when approaching new advertisers to quickly sell out of ad space. There are certain types of businesses that are obviously more suited than others. I show you the difference and tell you how to scan the local area around the restaurant to quickly and very easily spot the best businesses to approach.

Do the advertisers all have to be located within five miles of the restaurant to be included on the placemats?
No. Typically you will want to approach local area business owners that are physically located within five miles. The reason is that 85%of the business comes from within a five mile radius of the front door. However, there are some very good exceptions to this rule and in the course I outline what they are and show you how to easily use this to your advantage when looking for advertisers.

How often do advertisers want to renew their ad?
Most advertisers will want to participate again if they feel they received a good return on their investment. This is simple economics. Since the ads are inexpensive, the advertiser doesn’t have to generate much new business in order to justify the advertising expense. I show you in the course how to help the advertiser come up with a good ad that offers the best value to encourage customers to frequent their business and thus demonstrate the effectiveness of the promotion to the advertiser.

Are their any limitations or restrictions to the types of ads I can personally place on the placemats?
The only thing you need to do is simply exercise common sense and judgement. Of course you never want to place any ad on the placemats that the restaurant or customers may find offensive in nature.

How do I know the restaurant will actually use all 10,000 placemats on their tables?
Included in the course is a simple agreement the restaurant will sign with you before you start selling advertising space. In the event the restaurant should ever decide to stop using the placemats on their tables, you will have a cause of action against them for breech of contract. However, because of the many benefits to the restaurant you should never have any issues with a restaurant not wanting to use the placemats on their tables.

Do I have to design the advertisements personally?
No. The printer will do that for you. Sometimes you will even find advertisers who will prefer to give you camera ready art work.
